Before Your Appointment

  • Microblading, shading and nano brows are a two part process. Your first appointment will take approximately 2 hours.

  • You may get waxed 7 or more days days prior to your service. Anything less than a week is too close to your appointment. Tweezing is fine.

  • You cannot be on antibiotics and have microblading done. Appt must be 2 weeks after stopping antibiotic.

  • Stop tanning/limit sun exposure & stop use of retin-A products and chemical peels 4 weeks before your procedure.

  • If you get botox in your forehead/brow area you must wait 2 weeks before having microblading done.

  • Avoid alcohol, blood thinners, pain relievers, such as ibuprofen or aspirin, and fish oil 24-48 hours prior. However, do not stop taking any medication without your doctor's permission

  • Brows may look darker the first few days. It's best not to schedule this service close to any big social events.

The Day Of

  • To reduce pain and bleeding, avoid/limit caffeine intake the day of both of your appointments. If you bleed excessively during the process, it will reduce the length of your desired results.

  • Feel free to bring photos of brows you like.

  • If you wear eyebrow makeup, I recommend wearing your brow pencil, powder or pomade to your appointment. This gives me an idea of what you're used to as far as shape and color. This will be a general idea but may not be exact. I take your skin tone, eyebrow color and bone structure into consideration before shaping. Please don’t wear foundation.

  • Please make sure you are in good health and are not sick with a cold etc. If you or anyone in your household has been sick within 14 days of your scheduled appointment, kindly reschedule.

  • I love children, but please don't bring them to your session.

  • Please arrive on time for your session. I usually have a full schedule, and if you are more than 15 minutes late I may have to reschedule your session.

  • If you need to reschedule/cancel, please reach out to me as soon as possible so that your appointment spot can be filled. If you need to reschedule more than twice, a second deposit is required. If you cancel within 24hrs or no show, you may be charged up to the full amount of the service.

After your Appointment

  • The second perfecting session appointment will be made at your first session and must be booked no earlier than four weeks and no later than twelve.  If for any reason you can't make your second session, please let me know as soon as possible as my schedule fills up quickly! I may not be able to fit your touch up session in before 12 weeks. If you have to reschedule and it falls outside of the 12 weeks, you run the risk of losing your pigment, and you will be charged a $100 touch-up fee.

  • Aftercare & instructions will be given to you after your first session. These should be followed exactly for best retention.

*Microblading cannot be performed on those who are under 18, pregnant, nursing, undergoing chemo-therapy or taking blood thinners. If you are diabetic, please bring a note from your doctor.
